- salt as needed
- water for kneading
- pepper powder -1 tbsp
- For the filling:
- 1 cup of peas cooked and mashed
- ginger chopped- 1/2 tbsp
- fennel seeds-1 tsp
- green chillies- 2-3
- coriander powder-1 tsp
- cumin powder -1 tsp
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida/hing
- salt as needed
- oil- 2 tbsp
How to make Peas kachori
