Ingredients to make Quick Onion rolls

  • Onion 5
  • Maida (flour) 200gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for moin
  • Mangraila ajwain a pinch
  • Green chillies acc to taste
  • turmeric a pinch
  • Ginger garlic 1tsp
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Quick Onion rolls

  1. Cut the onions in small pieces.
  2. Take a bowl add maida, onions, turmeric powder, salt, mangraila ajwain, ginger garlic, green chillies, oil for moyan and mix them with few drops of water.
  3. Make small rolls with the mixture.
  4. Now heat kadahi or pan and put oil for deep fry. When the oil heated put all the rolls in low flame.
  5. After 3-5mins it will turn crispy and golden in colour then swtich off the flame and serve it hot with onion salad, green chutney or ketchup
My Tip: Don't fry it in high flame otherwise it will not bake properly.
