Ingredients to make Onion Malai Masala

  • onions - 4 large
  • malai - 1 cup
  • Dasi ghee - 2 tsp
  • cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Red chillie powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Dagi Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Corinder Powder - 1 tsp
  • Kitchen King masala - 1 tsp
  • salt according to taste
  • Chopped corinder leaves

How to make Onion Malai Masala

  1. Slice the onions
  2. Heat some ghee in a pan.
  3. Add the cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  4. Add onion and Saute until pink.
  5. Add all Masalas and saute them as well.
  6. Add malai and Salt , stir well.
  7. When the oil starts leaving the edges of the pan, switch off the flame.
  8. Garnish with Chopped corinder leaves and serve.
