Ingredients to make Onion Malai Masala

  • Onions - 4 large
  • Malai - 1 cup
  • Dasi ghee - 2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Red chillie powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Dagi Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Corinder Powder - 1 tsp
  • Kitchen King masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Chopped corinder leaves

How to make Onion Malai Masala

  1. Slice the onions
  2. Put ghee in a pan
  3. Crackle cumin seeds
  4. Add onion and Saute pink
  5. Add all Masala and little fry
  6. Add malai and Salt
  7. Stair regularly
  8. When malai left edges of pan turn off the gas stove.
  9. Garnish with Chopped corinder leaves.
