Ingredients to make Chinese onion and vegetable bhajiye

  • Sliced onions - 4
  • Cabbage cut in julians - 1 cup
  • Capsicum cut in julians - 1
  • Maida - 4 tsp
  • Arraroot - 2 tsp
  • Red chillie powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2 tsp
  • Aginomoto - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for frying

How to make Chinese onion and vegetable bhajiye

  1. Put all veggies in a large bowl
  2. Add all masale according to your taste
  3. Add maida and arraroot
  4. Add soya sauce, aginomoto, and vinegar.
  5. Mix well
  6. Add some water and make a thick batter.
  7. Hot oil
  8. When oil become hot put bhajiye in hot oil and fry on medium flame.
