Ingredients to make Kaanda Bhajiya

  • Vertically sliced onion 2 cups
  • Besan/chana dal floor 1 and 1/2 cup
  • ajwain 1 teaspoon
  • Haldi powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Mango powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil for Deep frying
  • Water if required

How to make Kaanda Bhajiya

  1. Add all ingredients
  2. Mix well in to thick batter using very little water
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Deep fry small fritters
  5. Fry till golden brown from both sides
  6. Done
  7. Serve with hot cup of tea
