Onion cornflex roll

Ingredients to make Onion cornflex roll

  • 1 Big size chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 2 medium size boild and mashed potatoes
  • 2 Chopped Green chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon blackpapper powder
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon cornflour
  • Salt to test
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Tkmato ketchup or chatani

How to make Onion cornflex roll

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying
  2. Now mix in a bowl chopped onion, mashed potatoes , chopped chillies, cumin seeds, 1/4 cup cornflakes, blackpapper powder and salt
  3. Mix well and make small size roll with the mixture
  4. When the oil is heated covered the roll into the crushed cornflakes and deep fry it till golden brown and crispy
  5. Onion cornflakes roll is ready
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chatani .
