Ingredients to make onion pitai paratha

  • 300 gms Plain flour
  • onions finely chopped 2 big sized
  • White oil
  • pepper powder
  • salt
  • sugar
  • mixture oil+ flour(4:1ration)
  • coriander leaves 1 tblspm

How to make onion pitai paratha

  1. add salt,sugar white oil to the flour. mix it, take in ur palm if this will bind itself without water then u will add warm water into it and make a dough
  2. keep under wet clotg for 15 min
  3. make balls
  4. add onions, pepper pwdr,coriander leaves together
  5. now roll on the ball
  6. brush the oil and flour mixture
  7. then spread the onions mix
  8. now roll on from one side
  9. add the mixture in each rolling sides
  10. complete
  11. now make a wheel with this
  12. then roll on it like paratha with rolling pin
  13. place over the tawa. fry it in low flame from both sides till brown and crispy.
  14. crushed with ur hand so that the layers would be more fluffy and separated from each other, before serve

u can add any other herbs
