Kheema Role is a popular mughlai preparation in which minced meat is cook.It is a very popular dish in North India.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Kheema - 200gram
  2. Onion - 1 (chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1
  4. Ginger/garlic/green chilies/cilantro (paste) - 3tablespoon
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  6. Cumin/corrainder powder -1 tablespoon
  7. Garam masala powder - 1tablespoon
  8. Greean peas - 1/2 cup
  9. Lemon juice - 1tablespoon
  10. cilantro
  11. Salt - as per taste
  12. Water - 1cup
  13. Oil - 2 tablespoon
  14. Cumin seeds -1 tablespoon
  15. For dough
  16. Maida -2cups
  17. Oil - 1tablespoon
  18. Salt - As required
  19. Water - 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. In a pan put oil after that put cumin seeds than add chopped onion cook the onion untill it gets brown.
  2. Add tomatoes once the tomato gets soft put all the masalas & salt saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add peas & green paste mix it well let it cook for a while.
  4. Add kheema put the lid & cook it for 5-6minutes than add water.
  5. Once the kheema is cooked add lemon juice & garnish it with cilantro.
  6. Make a dough from maida than make chapatis from it and cook it.
  7. Place the kheema mixture in it and role it cut in between serve hot.
