Ingredients to make Baked Onion crackers

  • Whole wheat flour or multi grain flour 1 cup
  • Chopped oregano leaves 1tbsp
  • Finely chopped garlic 1tsp
  • Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seeds 1tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/4tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
  • Crushed Black pepper 1/4tsp
  • Onion powder 1tsp
  • Olive oil or any vegetable oil 2tbsp

How to make Baked Onion crackers

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and mix them well
  2. Now add 2 tbsp oil in flour, onion mixture and mix well with hands
  3. Now with warm water make very tight dough from it
  4. Cover the dough and give the rest for 10 minutes
  5. After that kneed it .. and make 2-3 balls
  6. Roll the balls from rolling pin as thin as you can .. and cut with the cookie cutter in any shape which you like
  7. Now prick it with fork so crackers doesn't be fluffy
  8. Now put them on baking tray and bake on 200℃ in preheat oven for 22 minutes .. or until become crispy .. After 11 minutes flip them
  9. After that remove from oven and allow to cool .. And then put in air tight jar .. Serve with tea ,coffee ..or as your desire
