Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. White Onions 2-3
  2. Eggs-2
  3. Mozzarella 100 Gm
  4. Cornflour-1Cup
  5. Milk -2 teaspoon (to remove the smell of eggs/optional)
  6. Bread Crumbs (Panko Best though I used home made)1-2 cups
  7. Oregano-1/2 tea spoon (Can use other dry herbs too)
  8. Garlic powder-Pinch of
  9. Onion powder-Pinch of (optional)
  10. White pepper powder-1/2 tea spoon
  11. Salt (as per taste)
  12. Oil (for deep frying)
  13. Dip/Mayo/Tomato Sauce
  14. Garnish-Sprinkle mix of oregano & white pepper powder
  15. Decoration-Green Parsley/Coriander & Red baby tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Peel the skin of white onion & cut into ring shapes,separate each rings & place them into plate
  2. Cut Mozzarella into finger/stick shape neither too thick nor thin
  3. Place Mozzarella sticks in between two onion rings
  4. Refrigerate those rings for 1 hours so that they get set properly & easy to fry
  5. Take Cornflour in another bowl
  6. Take Bread Crumbs & add salt,oregano,garlic powder,white pepper powder,onion powder accordingly
  7. Beat 2 Eggs in another bowl & add little milk
  8. After 1 hours,take out onion rings from Refrigerator
  9. Take onion rings,Dust with Cornflour,dip into beaten eggs with fork & coat with Seasoned Bread Crumbs in first step
  10. In second step ,Take the coated onion rings,again dip into beaten eggs with fork & coat with Seasoned Bread Crumbs (Cornflour Dusting not repeated)
  11. In a medium hot oil,Deep fry those coated rings
  12. When turned golden brown ,flip them so that it get same colour from both side
  13. Deep Fry & take out in tissue paper to absorb extra oil
  14. Plate those Hot Crispy & Cheesy onion rings/fritters & sprinkle mix of oregano & white pepper powder
  15. Decorate with Parsley) Coriander shoots & red baby tomatoes to make it more Colorful & tempting & serve with any Dip/mayo/sause
