- 1.5 table spoon tamarind pulp.

- 8 to 10 curry leaves
- 1/2 tea spoon fenugreek seeds
- 1 table spoon oil
- 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
- 1 tea spoon chilli powder
- 1/2 tea spoon mixed spice (garam masala).
