Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 200 gms
  2. Eggless mayo 2tbsps
  3. Sweet and spicy tomato sauce 2tbps
  4. Methi leaves 1 stem
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Subzi masala 1 tsp
  9. Butter softened 2tbsps
  10. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  11. Onions (cut into roundels) 1 -2
  12. Lemon juice 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Knead the whole wheat flour into a soft pliable dough for making roti for wrap.
  2. In a pan, add the butter, add all the dry masalas and then add the paneer cubes and methi leaves.
  3. Let them fry well..
  4. Now make rotis using the dough and keep aside.
  5. For assembling into a wrap.
  6. Coat the onion roundels with Lemon juice.
  7. Take a roti, spread some Mayo, than the sweet and spicy sauce, and put a small portion of paneer stuffing, onions and roll them into wraps.
  8. Serve them hot or in snack box or lunch box for kids.
