Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach chopped 2 cups
  2. Sour curd 1 cup
  3. Besan 2 tbsp
  4. fenugreek seeds 1/2 tspn
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tspn
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tspn
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  8. Hing a pinch
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Mustard oil 2 tspn

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly clean chopped spinach.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Add hing, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds. When it starts crackling add spinach. Stir and cover with a lid for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile take a bowl, add curd, besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Whisk it.
  4. Add whisked mixture in the wok.
  5. Stir continuously till the kadhi come to boil, otherwise it will curdle.
  6. When kadhi started boiling, lower the flame for 10 minutes and let it simmer.
  7. Afterwards switch off the flame and serve hot with rice and phulkas.
