Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Suji 1 cup
  2. Finely chopped Tomato 1 big
  3. Green Chillies 1
  4. Curry leaves 7-8
  5. Black mustard seeds 1 tspn
  6. Lemon juice 1 tspn
  7. Chopped coriander leaves
  8. Desi ghee 4 tspn
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Roast suji in desi ghee till it turns golden colour.
  2. Heat ghee in a wok, add mustard seeds. When it starts crackling add curry leaves, green chillies and tomato. Stir fry it.
  3. Add roasted suji and salt.
  4. Add 2 1/2 cups of boiled water and let it simmer.
  5. Close the lid. Check after 5 minutes.
  6. Add lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander.
