Ingredients to make Instant Rabri

  • Full fat milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/4 cup
  • Bread slice 3 No.
  • Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
  • Dry fruits crushed 2 Tbsp

How to make Instant Rabri

  1. Pour the milk in heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Now simmer the milk at medium flame.
  3. Cut the edges of bread slices and grind into bread crumbs.
  4. Now add bread crumbs,Sugar, condensed milk and stir it well.
  5. Cook it for 8-10 minutes.Stirring continuously and scraping the sides of the pan.
  6. Allow it to cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hrs before serving.
  7. Add elaichi powder and garnish with dry fruits.
