Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 50gm. Moong daal
  2. 30gm. Raice
  3. 2lt. Full fat milk
  4. 150gm. Sugar
  5. 1/2tsp. Elaichi powder
  6. 3tsp. Dry fruits flakes
  7. 1/2pinch Kesar
  8. 2tsp. Mawa

Instructions

  1. Soak the moong dal n raice for 30 minutes. Pressure cook it on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil milk n sugar on a low flame till it becomes thick
  3. After cooling daal n raice mixer at
  4. Cook the boiled moong dal n raice in milk till it's semi dry. Then add elaichi powder n mawa kesar
  5. Put it in serving bowls and garnish it with dry fruit flakes.
  6. Let it cool and serve it chilled.
