ABOUT Corn sprouts chaat RECIPE

A healthy variant of chaat, full of protein and fibre. Perfect for dieting.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  2. Peanuts 2 tbsp
  3. Moong sprouts 1/2 cup
  4. Tomato finely chopped 1 medium
  5. Onion finely chopped 1 medium
  6. Chilly flakes 1/2 tspn
  7. Black pepper powder a pinch
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Lemon juice 1 tspn
  10. 1 tspn oil

Instructions

  1. Steam sweet corn for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile heat oil in a pan and roast peanuts lightly.
  3. Take a mixing bowl, add sweet corn, peanuts, moong sprouts, tomato, onion, salt, chilly flakes, Black pepper powder and lemon juice.
  4. Toss well and serve.
