Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd
  2. Finely chopped onions
  3. Finely chopped green bell peppers
  4. Green chilli
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. Bread slices
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Flour 1 tsp
  10. water 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix hung curd & all ingredients except for bread, oil, maida & water
  2. Trim the bread edges & slightly flatten the bread with roller pin
  3. Now fill the hung curd mixture in the flattened bread slice & close the edges with maida & water mixture to ensure the filling does not come out while frying
  4. Now fry the bread fillers till cripsy
  5. Serve with mint chutney n masala onion!
  6. In case you dont want to fry, them make flat round or whatever shape you like tikki & roll them in flour & then shallow fry till crispy.
