many people dont like pumpkin so here's the tastier form to make people eat pumpkin.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk - 1 cup
  2. Paneer - 1/2 cup
  3. kaddu - 1/2 cup (grated)
  4. Sugar -2 tbsp
  5. Elaichi powder - 1 tsp
  6. Ghee - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. in a heavy bottom pan boil milk.
  2. when boiled, crumble the paneer and add to the milk.
  3. then add grated kaddu to the milk.
  4. stir it at intervals to avoid sticking to bottom and keep scraping the milk sticked to the sides of the vessel.
  5. when milk evaporates completely add sugar, elaichi powder and ghee.
  6. keep stiring the mixture till it is in semi dry state.
  7. grease a plate or tin and cleanly transfer and level the mixture with the help of fingers or butter knife.
  8. set it at room temprature for 2-3 hours then cut as per your desired shape.
  9. then refrigerate for an hour and finally serve and enjoyyy!!
