Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Whole cream milk 1 litre
  2. 1 cup fresh cream
  3. Sugar powder 4 tsp
  4. Kesar half teaspoon
  5. Chopped dry fruits 2 teaspoon
  6. Tartaric acid 2teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Boil and cool down the milk
  2. Add cream in milk
  3. Add tartaric acid in it
  4. Keep in fridge for whole night
  5. Whisk it with a blender
  6. Foams are created
  7. Separate the foams
  8. Add powder sugar on foams
  9. Add kesar dissolved in 2 tsp milk
  10. Garnish with dry fruits
