Ingredients to make Kharvas/Junnu

  • Milk-1 cup
  • Condensed milk-1 cup
  • curd-1 cup
  • sugar-3 tbsp
  • cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
  • pista for garnishing

How to make Kharvas/Junnu

  1. Take condensed milk in a bowl.
  2. Add milk and mix properly.
  3. Add curd.
  4. Mix properly and then add sugar.Mux till sugar dissolves completely.
  5. Add cardamom powder .
  6. Pour in plate and keep in steamer for 20 minutes.
  7. You can steam in a cooker also without whistle for 20 minutes.
  8. Check by inserting knife whether cooked.
  9. Cool and let it set in fridge for half an hour.
  10. Cut into pieces and serve.
