  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp maida
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli flakes

  1. Boil pasta add some salt and oil in water
  2. When boil sieve it
  3. Chop spinach
  4. Boil corn
  5. Now take a pan add butter
  6. Add maida and roast it on low flame
  7. Add milk and stir continuously
  8. Stir regularly for making smooth, lumpless white sauce
  9. Grate cheese in it and mix
  10. Now add all the seasoning and mix
