Ingredients to make Soya pulao

  • Soya chunks 1bowl
  • Rice 2cups
  • Cardimum, black pepper, clove 2-3
  • Cinmemam stick ,bay leaf -1
  • Oil 3 tablespoon
  • Cumin 1teaspoon
  • Onion 1medium size
  • Tomato 1 medium size
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1teaspoon
  • tomato ketchup 2 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce 1tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves

How to make Soya pulao

  1. Boil water in a pot,add salt and soya chunks and cook for 5 mins.then allow it to cool down ,after that press soya chunks by hand and remove excess water.
  2. In another pot take water add cardimum,black pepper,clove,and cinneman,bay leaf ,boil for 2 mins add rice and cook properly,then drain it and keep it a side.
  3. take 3tablespoon oil in a pan add cumin seeds, chopped onion,ginger garlic paste,cook until goldan brown.
  4. The add chopped tomatoes mix well and cook for 5-8 mins.
  5. After 5-8mins add all dry ingredients mix well.
  6. Then add soya sauce,tomato catch-up,and soya chunks, mix well.
  7. add rice ,black pepper powder and cook for another 2mins .
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
