Vanilla pannacotta with Pomegranate sauce

Ingredients to make Vanilla pannacotta with Pomegranate sauce

  • Full fat milk 2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Milkmaid 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • China grass powder 1 Tbsp
  • pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup + Pomegranate 1
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Cornflour 1/2 tsp

How to make Vanilla pannacotta with Pomegranate sauce

  1. First in a sauce pan add, milk, fresh cream, milkmaid,vanilla essence, sugar and china grass powder, boil for 5 minutes.
  2. When it starts to bubbling turnoff flame and allow it to cool.
  3. Now add pomegranate seed, mix well, pour the mixture to small small bowls and keep it in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Meanwhile blend pomegranate seeds in a blender with little water, sieve it, add sugar and boil for few minutes then add cornflour water, boil till mixture become thick.
  5. After 3 hours demould the pannacotta and pour the sauce on top and serve chill.
