Ingredients to make Sheer khurma

  • 2 ltr milk
  • Sevaiyan crushed 1 cup
  • ghee 3/4 tbsp
  • Chopped almond half cup
  • Chopped pistachio half cup
  • raisins less thn half cup
  • Overnight soaked and chooped dry dates
  • anjeer / dry fig 3/4 chopped
  • Chirongi 3/4 tbsp
  • Condensed milk half tin
  • Evaporated milk 1 tin
  • sugar as per ur taste

How to make Sheer khurma

  1. In a wok add ghee
  2. Roast the seviyan / vermicellibon low flame
  3. Along with it roast the dry fruits except raisins
  4. Once u get a good aroma add milk to it and bring it to a boil
  5. Now add the raisins and condensed milk .mix well
  6. Cook for 5/7 mnts
  7. Now add the evaporated milk and cook further till the ghee start floating on top
  8. Add sugar to it and cook till u get the desired consistency
  9. Serve hot

My Tip:

I also add a pinch of saffron at times u can avoid its optional
