Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Capsicum-1
  2. Carrot - 2
  3. Potatoes -4
  4. Onion-2
  5. Green peas boiled - handfull
  6. Chilli powder - half teaspoon
  7. Jeera powder
  8. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Finely chop carrots, capsicum and onion in blender.
  2. Heat few tablespoon of oil in pan,add the vegetables and saute
  3. Added boiled mashed potatoes and boiled peas, salt and chily powder to the kadai and saute well fora few mins.
  4. Once the filling is ready, switch off the stove and apply the filling between the whole wheat breads and keep them in sandwich maker.
  5. Serve hot with pudina chutney or tomato ketchup
