  • 500 grams fresh curd
  • carrots 2 pieces
  • white salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • black salt half teaspoon
  • chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Cream Of Carrot

  1. Beat the curd with a beater.
  2. Grate the carrots.
  3. Mix the grated carrot in the curd.
  4. Add all the spices in it.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and some grated carrots.

My Tip:

For rich curd add 3/4th fresh cream in it.
