Mango Vanilla Icecream

Ingredients to make Mango Vanilla Icecream

  • Full cream milk 1 litre
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Mango puree 1 cup
  • Vanilla custard powder 2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract few drops

How to make Mango Vanilla Icecream

  1. Boil the milk for 30 minutes or till it becomes thick.
  2. Add sugar to the thickened milk.
  3. Add milkmaid and stir regularly.
  4. Add custard powder dissolved in half cup milk. Keep on stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. Remove from fire and let it cool.
  6. Add mango puree in it.
  7. Add vanilla essence.
  8. Now pour the mixture in moulds.
  9. Keep in deep freezer for 8 to 9 hours and then serve.
My Tip: Add some chopped mangoes too, in addition to the puree.
