Ingredients to make Couscous Delite

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 500 millilitre milk
  • 45 grams sugar
  • 25 grams almond
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 pinch saffron

How to make Couscous Delite

  1. Take a heavy bottomed pan and boil milk.
  2. Grind the couscous coarsely.
  3. Put the couscous in the boiled milk.
  4. Boil for another 3 miutes till it gets thicker.
  5. Lower the flame, add cardamom, sugar and saffron to it.
  6. Lastly add raisins and mix well
  7. Remove from fire and add chopped almonds as garnish. Chill in the refrigerator for sometime and serve.
My Tip: Lebanese dish.
