Ingredients to make Makhane Ki Kheer

  • 100 grams Phool makhane
  • 2 tablespoon Desi ghee
  • 1 litre Milk
  • Some sliced blanched almonds
  • Sugar to taste

How to make Makhane Ki Kheer

  1. In a frying pan, add some ghee, heat, add the phool makhane and fry.
  2. Now crush the phool makhanas in a churner.
  3. Add sugar to the milk and boil.
  4. Now add the crushed phool makhanas to the milk and stir.
  5. Remove from fire once the mixture thickens and garnish with almonds. Serve.
