Milky Truffle

Ingredients to make Milky Truffle

  • 1litre Milk
  • 4 scoops vanila ice cream
  • 1/2 cup boiled falooda
  • 1/4 cup dry fruits
  • 1/2 cup saffron milk
  • Crushed ice 1 cup

How to make Milky Truffle

  1. Boil the milk.
  2. Reduce the milk to half and then add boiled falooda.
  3. Add 1/2 cup sugar and continue to stir.
  4. When the milk has thickened remove from fire and cool it.
  5. Take 4 serving glasses, put crushed ice and spread 2 tablespoon saffron milk in each.
  6. Add falooda and then ice cream scoops.
  7. Top the glasses with remaining saffron milk.
  8. Garnish with crushed dry fruits like pista and almonds.

My Tip:

You can add many more dry fruits.
