Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fresh Curd 2 cups
  2. Finely chopped onions 1/2 cup
  3. Finely chopped tomato 1/2 cup
  4. Finely chopped Cucumber 1/2 cup
  5. Mint leaves 5-6
  6. Black salt 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Common salt 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take chilled curd and whisk it.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Your raita is ready to be served.
