Tangy Tomato Chutney

Ingredients to make Tangy Tomato Chutney

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 5-6 cloves garlic
  • 5 to 6 green chillies
  • 1 cup fresh coriander
  • salt

How to make Tangy Tomato Chutney

  1. Put all the above mentioned ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend it to a smooth puree.
  3. Add 2 teaspoon oil in a kadai.
  4. When the oil becomes hot put the puree in kadai, put some water and boil it until the chutney thickens.
  5. Remove from fire and serve.

My Tip:

You can add half teaspoon sugar.
