Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk - 2 litres
  2. Curd - 1 cup
  3. Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
  4. Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk and keep at room temperature.
  2. Add curd to it and stir continously.
  3. Put the curdled milk in a sieve or a muslin cloth for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add sugar to the rest of the milk and boil.
  5. Now mix it with the chenna and stir it.
  6. Boil the mixture.
  7. Now cool down the mixture. Once the mixture reaches room temperature, add the rose essence. Chill in refrigerator and serve.
