ABOUT Moz Ka Metha RECIPE

Banana is a fruit, loved by everyone after the king of fruits mango. The combination of banana and milk is too good.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweetened condensed milk 1 tin (medium)
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Banana 2
  4. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  5. Cardamom 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Saffron few strands
  7. Pistachios few

Instructions

  1. In a non stick pan take 1 cup milk and condensed milk and cook on slow flame for 10 minutes.
  2. Chop banana and fry in ghee until light brown in color.
  3. Remove condensed milk mixture from the stove. Add fried bananas. Mix gently.
  4. Sprinkle saffron, cardamom and pistachios. Chill until it's served.
