Moz Ka Metha

Ingredients to make Moz Ka Metha

  • Sweetened condensed milk 1 tin (medium)
  • Milk 1 cup
  • banana 2
  • ghee 1 tablespoon
  • cardamom 1/4 teaspoon
  • saffron few strands
  • pistachios few

How to make Moz Ka Metha

  1. In a non stick pan take 1 cup milk and condensed milk and cook on slow flame for 10 minutes.
  2. Chop banana and fry in ghee until light brown in color.
  3. Remove condensed milk mixture from the stove. Add fried bananas. Mix gently.
  4. Sprinkle saffron, cardamom and pistachios. Chill until it's served.

Tastes good when it is chilled
