Ingredients to make Til Mawa laddos

  • White Seasme Seeds:1 cup (cleaned, washed and dried)
  • Full cream Milk:1/2 litres
  • Milk Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • sugar:150 grams
  • Dry fruits or any other topping of your choice

How to make Til Mawa laddos

  1. For Til Mawa Laddoo, make home made mawa.
  2. For mawa, take a heavy bottom pan and put it on gas flame. Pour milk in this pan and continuously stir it.
  3. When milk reduces to half, add milk powder andcontinuously stir it.
  4. When the consistency becomes thick then add sugar powder in it and stir continuously and briskly for 5 to 7 minutes to avid burning.
  5. Switch off the gas and keep it aside to cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Now take sesame seeds in mixer jar and grind it to a coarse powder.
  7. Now add coarse powder of sesame seeds to the mawa and mix well.
  8. Divide whole mixture into 10 small pieces and make round shapes of laddoo using both palms.
  9. Keep it on a plate, top with dry fruits and serve it with a smile. Voila!!

My Tip:

Make a coarse powder of sesame seeds. Do not make a fine powder.
