Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For white sauce- 3 tbsp butter,3 tbsp maida, 1/2 ltr milk, crushed black pepper (as per taste), salt (as per taste), Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp.
  2. pasta- 500 grams,vegetable of your choice, I have used- sweet corn, brocoli, bell peppers, olives, jalepano,
  3. onion, garlic, black pepper powder, salt,Italian seasoning, and processed cheese.
  4. basil and parsley for garnishing

Instructions

  1. let's make the white sauce first- take butter in a pan, melt it, then add maida, mix it well. avoid lumps. keep on steering.
  2. after 5 minutes when aroma starts add milk slowly keep on steering, cook well. add the pepper powder, salt and mix well. during whole process you need not to stop steering the mixture. add Italian seasoning. total process of sauce making won't take less than 10 minutes.
  3. check when the sauce will start leaving the spatula. it's done.
  4. boil water in a saucepan, put some salt and 1/2 teaspoon oil..add pasta and boil till pasta is cooked. remember don't overcook. now strain the pasta and immediately wash it with cold water to keep the original colour of pasta.
  5. now put some butter or olive oil in a non sticky pan. add some finely crushed and chopped garlic, sliced onions, cook well, add some salt, white pepper powder, and cook till onions get cooked, then add all the veggies as well sweet corn.except olives and jalepano
  6. cook for 5 minutes, and add the white sauce we made, add some Italian seasoning, chilli flakes, and then pasta.mix it well. add some processed cheese ( as much you want to eat). mix it well
  7. it's done now u serve it in a plate add olives and jalapeño too, garnish with basil and parsley leaves
  8. enjoy hot
