Ingredients to make Bread Rolls (Crunch To Munch)

  • Potatoes 4-5 boiled and coarsely mashed
  • Milk bread 1 packet (soft bread needed)
  • Water- to moisten the bread slices
  • Peas/ raisins/peanuts/ cashews- according to choice
  • Salt
  • Dried mint powder
  • Oil for Deep frying
  • Chat masala- optinal
  • Garam masala- optional

How to make Bread Rolls (Crunch To Munch)

  1. Take 4-5 bread slices and cut the sides.
  2. Make the potato masala by mixing with lightly with hand so that the masala is not so mashy and one can feel the flavour of all ingredients. Mix all the dry ingredients of your choice.
  3. Moisten the bread by taking little water on it and keep a small ball of masala in the centre. Cover the masala with the same slice of bread and make stuffed balls out of it. In the same way, make all the balls .
  4. Deep fry the bread balls till golden brown in colour.
  5. Serve with tomato ketchup or chutney.
My Tip: We can keep the ready to fry balls in fridge for overnight. This gives a nice crunch to bread rolls.
