Ingredients to make Mango rasgulla cheesecake

  • For crust----
  • 2 packet digestive biscuit
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • For filling----
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • 2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 sheets of china grass
  • For glaze-----
  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Orange colour
  • For garnish-----
  • 3 piece rasgulla
  • Whip cream in piping bag
  • Some cherries

How to make Mango rasgulla cheesecake

  1. First we crush biscuits
  2. Melt butter
  3. Add butter in crumb
  4. Take a loose bottom pan and make a base of crust with biscuit butter mix
  5. Keep in freezer for some time to set
  6. Filling-----
  7. Soak China grass in water
  8. Take cream cheese and mango pulp and beat them
  9. Add whipped cream and fold it nicely
  10. Then add China grass in milk
  11. Heat and stir it
  12. When it dissolves off gas and sieve it
  13. Pour this in cream cheese mix
  14. Mix finely
  15. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust
  16. Again keep in freezer for 4-5 hours to set
  17. Glaze----
  18. Take water and sugar in a pan.
  19. Add mango puree and stir it
  20. Cook for 3-4 minutes.till glossy
  21. Add lemon juice
  22. Let it cool
  23. Add orange colour if required
  24. Now pour this glaze over cake carefully and spread all over
  25. Again let it set in freeze for 4-5 hours
  26. At the time of serving pipe cream and place rasgoola
  27. Garnish with cherry
My Tip: If you want than add colour. I add because i want icing in yellow colour
