ABOUT Rose Icecream in Chocolate Cup RECIPE

This icecream has a beautiful flavour of rose alongwith a gorgeous chocolate cup in which it is served.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup white chocolate
  2. pink colour
  3. silicon mould
  4. 2 cups whipped cream
  5. 1/2 tin of milkmaid (100 grams)
  6. 1 tablespoon rose syrup
  7. 1 teaspoon rose water
  8. some rose petals

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate on double boiler.
  2. Stir it regularly and the cool it.
  3. When chocolate melt cool it
  4. Take moulds and with the help of brush spread chocolate on the walls of mould and keep in freezer for 3 minutes.
  5. Brush the mould again with chocolate the second time and keep in the freezer for 10 more minutes.
  6. Unmould carefully by removing silicon cup.
  7. For icecream--
  8. Take a beater and add cream and milkmaid.
  9. Beat them for 5 minutes.
  10. Add rose syrup, rose water and petals.
  11. Beat it again and keep in freezer for 4 hours.
  12. Now serve ice-cream in beautiful cups
  13. Drizzle some rose syrup on top and garnish with petals.
