Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk - 2 litre
  2. Sugar to taste
  3. Mango puree - 1 cup
  4. Fresh cream - 1 cup
  5. Dry fruits for garnishing
  6. Vermicelli - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Add sugar to the milk and keep it on the flame to boil.
  2. Boil vermicelli in the hot water for about 5 minutes, strain it and rinse it with cold water.
  3. Now add vermicelli to milk.
  4. After 5 minutes add mango puree and stir them well.
  5. Remove it from the flame and add in fresh cream.
  6. Garnish with the dry fruits and keep it in the refrigerator. Serve it chilled.
