Barfi Wali Kheer

Ingredients to make Barfi Wali Kheer

  • Milk 1 litre
  • Sugar 4-5 tablespoon
  • Barfi broken into small pieces 2 cups
  • Almonds slivered 3 tablespoon

How to make Barfi Wali Kheer

  1. Boil milk and simmer on medium flame.
  2. Keep stirring in between until it reduces to 3/4 th of it's original quantity.
  3. This takes about 30 minutes.
  4. Now add the barfi pieces and the sugar.
  5. Mix well and simmer for some more time until it starts thickening.
  6. Garnish with nuts of your choice.
  7. Serve it chilled.
