Creamy Fruity Custard...

Ingredients to make Creamy Fruity Custard...

  • Milk 1 litre
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk powder 5-6 tablespoon
  • Custard powder 4 tablespoon
  • Nuts of your choice 1/2 cup
  • Fruits like mango, banana, pears, peaches, apricots, kiwis, pineapple etc chopped 4 cups
  • Fresh cream 100 grams
  • Canned cherries 1/2 cup

How to make Creamy Fruity Custard...

  1. Bring the milk to a boil on high flame.
  2. After it comes to a rolling boil, decrease the flame and simmer.
  3. Take about a cup of this boiling milk and stir in the custard powder along with the milk powder.
  4. Mix it well to avoid any lumps.
  5. Add this to the boiling milk and stir continuously till the desired consistency is attained.
  6. Chop the fruits just before serving.
  7. Allow the custard to cool in the refrigerator.
  8. At the time of serving this yummy dessert, stir in the fruits and the nuts.
  9. Top it up with a generous amount of fresh cream.
  10. Throw in some canned cherries to finish it off.
  11. Serve this beautiful looking dessert real chilled.

My Tip:

The thickness of the custard can be according to one's choice, therefore the addition of custard powder can be increased accordingly.
