Sweet Corn Kheer

Ingredients to make Sweet Corn Kheer

  • Sweet Corn Kernels 2 cup
  • MIlk 2 cup
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Cashew Nut 6
  • Raisins 2 tablespoon
  • Almond 10
  • Ghee or Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Saffron Strands

How to make Sweet Corn Kheer

  1. Take fresh sweet corn kernels and make a fine paste.
  2. Heat ghee or butter in a heavy bottomed pan, when it start to melt then add grounded sweet corn paste to it, fry till it turns to yellow color.
  3. Add milk, little saffron strands and allow it to boil.
  4. Once it becomes little thick add sugar, cardamom powder mix well and cook for few minutes.
  5. Lastly garnish with cashews, raisins, almonds and refrigerate it for 45 mins (optional) and serve chilled.
