ABOUT Narkoler Chanch ( Coconut Block in Bengali Style) RECIPE

Narkoler Chanch is a recipe from my grandma's cookbook. This sweet dish is prepared in Bengali household for any festive seasons or family occasions. The main ingredients for this recipe are coconut, milk and the stone block. The stone block gives the shape and texture for this dish. I inherited this stone block from my grandma. Narkoler Chanch or Coconut Block once made can be stored in a airtight container for 15 days.
