ABOUT Tindora (Dondakaya) Fry RECIPE

Simple and easy yet very tasty recipe for those who dont like tindora much.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Tindora 1/2 kilograms
  2. Onions medium sized 2
  3. Oil 4 tablespoons
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric powder a pinch
  6. Red chilli powder 1 to 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and tindora into small pieces.
  2. In a pan heat oil and add chopped onions. Let them fry till they become golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt, chopped tindora, red chilli powder and mix them well.
  4. Keep the lid on and let them fry till tindora oozes oil out on the low flame.
  5. Switch off the flame and serve it with hot rice
