Badam Kesaria Sandesh

Ingredients to make Badam Kesaria Sandesh

  • 500 gms grated smashed paneer
  • 100 grams kaju paste
  • 100 grams almond
  • 100 grams milk powder
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 5 tablespoon sugar powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder
  • 2 pinch saffron soaked in 4 teaspoon milk
  • green food colour
  • yellow food colour
  • rose water few drops
  • 2 tablespoon green tuti fruity
  • butter paper
  • silver vark for sandesh

How to make Badam Kesaria Sandesh

  1. Grate the paneer, add powdered sugar, smash with hands until smooth and knead well.
  2. Divide the kneaded paneer into three halfs.
  3. In the first half, add half kaju paste, milk powder 3 teaspoon, 3 tablespoon milk maid, green colour and green tuti fruity.
  4. In the 2nd half add the almond and saffron infused milk, 3 tablespoon milk maid and 3 tablespoon milk powder.
  5. In the third part add elaichi powder, remaining kaju paste, remaining milk maid, remaining milk powder and 3 teaspoon powdered sugar.
  6. Put these mixtures separately and cook in flame till liquid solidifies.
  7. Cool it in different vessels.
  8. Now flat each layer of the cool mixture in butter paper one after another and roll tightly like swiss roll and put it in refrigerator to set for at least 3 hours.
  9. Now cut the roll like wheels and decorate with saffron strands and almond slices.

My Tip:

One can apply silver vark over the sandesh.
