ABOUT Bread Milk Coffee Pudding RECIPE

This was my own creation and experiment over bread and the result was awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Large sized Bread : 4 slices
  2. Full Cream Milk : 1/2 litre
  3. White Sugar : 150 grams
  4. Nescafe Coffee Powder: 2 full Spoon
  5. Water : 1 cup
  6. Oil : For deep-fry
  7. Chocolate Syrup : For garnishing
  8. Walnut : Few pieces for garnishing
  9. Chocolate chips : for topping if you want to make it more attractive. I didn't use

Instructions

  1. First take milk in nonstick heavy bottomed pan and boil it on high flame. When it gets boiled, lower the flame and stir it continuously so that it doesn't stick to the bottom. When its volume reduces to half then add sugar.
  2. Again cook for another 5 to 7 minutes on low flame. When thick consistency reaches then switch off gas flame and keep it side. This is milk sugar syrup.
  3. Mean while take a pan add water and heat it. Now add coffee powder in this and stir it on low flame for 5 minutes.
  4. Now take bread slices and remove its side brown parts by knife. Cut all breads diagonally. Take a pan and keep it on gas flame. Put oil in this and heat it on high flame.
  5. When it gets heated sufficiently then put diagonally cut bread pieces in oil.
  6. Deep fry bread slices till they turn brown in color.
  7. Now take a microwave safe rectangular shape glass or ceramic utensil. Place all deep fried bread pieces on inner surface of utensil. Pour milk sugar syrup over it keeping 4 - 5 spoon separately in a bowl for garnishing.
  8. Now pour whole coffee powder solution over it. Sprinkle some walnut broken pieces on top. Bake it at 200 degree centigrade at convection mode in microwave for 12 - 15 minutes.
  9. Now after 12 - 15 mintues, when it is done, take it out from microwave and keep it side for sometime for cooling. Bread pudding is ready
  10. For plating, take a plate, place bread pudding pieces on plate. Put milk sugar syrup over it. Now put chocolate syrup over it. Sprinkle some walnut broken pieces over it. If you want to put chocolate chips over it then do it. Serve it with a smile.
  11. Whenever you have to serve it, take it out, put on plate, put milk sugar syrup, chocolate syrup, walnuts and serve it.
