Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rice 1/2 cup
  2. Milk 2 litre
  3. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  4. Green cardamom 3
  5. Almonds chopped 4
  6. Cashw nuts chopped 4
  7. Rose water few drops

Instructions

  1. Wash rice and dry it and add ghee to the rice. Mix.
  2. Heat milk in a large pan and simmer till it is reduced to 3 quarters of it.
  3. Put the sugar when the rice is cooked. Continue cooking till the payesh becomes thick. Now add almonds, cashew nut, cardamom powder and mix it. Remove from heat and add rosewater. Cool and serve.
