ABOUT Oats And Cranberry Pancakes RECIPE

Cooking with love provides food for the soul and when it’s a weekend, you need to sprinkle extra cheese on your eggs, flip some additional pancakes and drizzle your maple syrup quiet generously. Chuck in some ripe bananas in honey and maple syrup and fling in some walnuts plus cranberries. Finally relish it with some gooey flowy chocolate sauce. That’s a simple, no hustle bustle formula to start a great weekend.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 and ½ cup all-purpose flour
  2. 1 cup oats
  3. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  4. 1 cup milk or buttermilk
  5. handful of cranberries
  6. ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
  7. 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients nicely and whisk with an egg beater for about 5 minutes.
  2. Adjust milk/buttermilk to make a smooth batter if you are not using eggs.
  3. Grease your pan with some butter. Use a ladle to scoop out batter.
  4. Pour the mixture in your pan.
  5. Spread it gently.
  6. Cook on both sides till done.
  7. Take some bananas and slice them evenly.
  8. Toss them in pan with maple syrup. Add some walnuts and cranberries .
  9. Serve with your pancakes. Drizzle some chocolate syrup and some maple syrup.
  10. Voila! Your weekend temptation is ready in thirty minutes.
